Defence is procured in missions, not in features. Customers do not buy "sensor fusion" — they buy theatre awareness. They do not buy "autonomy" — they buy persistent maritime surveillance. They do not buy "AI" — they buy decisions made faster than the adversary can move.
Five briefs follow. Each describes a mission Indian defence procures, the threat that defines it, and how our four platforms compose to deliver it.

Long-range, multi-modal surveillance across contested terrain — mountain, desert, jungle, littoral — fused into a single decision-grade picture, refreshed sub-second, hosted under Indian jurisdiction.
"Each post owns its own picture. The radar at P-04 sees a contact the IR at P-05 has already classified, but they never speak. Adversary movement falls between the gaps — and is reconstructed only after the fact, in incident reports."
Drishti fuses radar, EO/IR, SIGINT, acoustic, and orbital streams across the entire frontage — not at a back-end command centre, but at the edge — into a single picture that the operator at any post sees in full.
Suraksha holds the substrate sovereign. Every fused track is signed, audit-able, and reconstructable from the sensor up. The picture is live, not forensic.
Nirnaya surfaces options, not dashboards. When a contact crosses, the operator sees what to do — with provenance, confidence, and counterfactual on every choice.
Persistent awareness from coastline to EEZ boundary — blue-water, brown-water, littoral. A heterogeneous mesh of UAS, USV, satellites, shore radars, and SIGINT, composed into one picture of the Indian Ocean Region.
"2.4 million square kilometres of EEZ. State and non-state vessels operate in the gaps. Detection is not the bottleneck — identification is. By the time a contact is named, it has already done what it came to do."
Vyooha coordinates a heterogeneous mesh — UAS, USV, satellites, shore radars — that persists through the IOR's vast gaps. Drishti fuses RF, acoustic, EO across all of them.
Identification is the work, and the work is shared. Each platform contributes a fragment; the mesh composes the answer. If a UAS is lost, three more inherit its tasking without instruction from home.
Suraksha holds the data inside India — including the satellite passes. Foreign hosting of Indian maritime telemetry is not on the table.
Detect, classify, decide, and defeat — single drones to coordinated multi-axis swarm attacks. Layered, sub-4-second end-to-end. The defining threat of this decade, addressed as a system.
"Cheap drones. Coordinated. Multi-axis. Existing radars miss them. Existing EW jams the friendlies along with the hostiles. The defining failure mode is indecision — too many options, too little time, no provenance to defend any choice."
Detection is the easy part. Decision under tempo is the hard part. Counter-swarm is a System-of-Systems problem — and it is exactly what we exist to solve.
Drishti fuses radar, EO, acoustic into one classified track per drone. Vyooha coordinates layered effectors — EW, kinetic, friendly UAS — without jamming the asset it is defending. Nirnaya surfaces three options to the operator in under 1.6 seconds, each with provenance.
Suraksha holds the audit trail. After every engagement, the operator can show — to a court or a court-martial — exactly why each decision was made.
Coordinated friendly autonomous operations — UAS, UGV, USV — at scale, in contested terrain. Distributed initiative. Mission grammar shared across domains. ROE enforced as code.
"Single-platform autonomy is brittle. The link drops, the GPS fails, the lead is lost — and the mission collapses. Worst of all: the operator has no idea until the silence becomes long enough to notice."
Vyooha distributes initiative. Every node carries a copy of the mission grammar — declarative, composable, ROE-encoded. The lead is elected, not assigned, and re-elects when lost.
The mesh persists through 30% node loss. Coverage zones reshape automatically. The operator sees the loss reflected in the picture in seconds — never as silence.
ROE is enforced in code, not in policy. A node will refuse an action that violates its rules, and explain — auditably — why.
Decision-grade information delivered to operators at machine speed — with human authority preserved. Options with provenance. Counterfactual on every recommendation. Cryptographically auditable.
"Information overload. Operators drowning in dashboards. Decisions either slow — paralysis — or rushed — reflex. Provenance is lost. Six months later, in a court or a court-martial, no one can explain why."
Nirnaya surfaces options, not dashboards. Three options per event, surfaced in under 200 ms, each with provenance, confidence, and counterfactual.
The operator stays the decision authority. The system is fast — the human is correct. We do not collapse the two roles into a recommendation engine.
Suraksha chains every action cryptographically. After-action review is not a forensic project. It is a print of the audit log, signed by the system at every step, defensible at any tribunal.
Capabilities are defined as much by what they exclude as what they include. We are an opinionated company.
The list to the right is what we have declined to build, on principle. If your procurement is for any of these, we are not the right partner — and we will tell you so in the first conversation.
What follows is not a hedge. It is the company's identity, expressed in refusal.
Briefings are by appointment with a member of the founding team. The full mission portfolio — including capabilities not published here — is shared under non-disclosure with qualified entities.
